What we use
We use your first name, last name and email to manage your Public download registration. IONOS processes the confirmation and download emails sent from our @prosquant.com mailbox. Replies go to contact@prosquant.com. We do not subscribe you to marketing through this form.
Verification and retention
Unconfirmed registration details expire after 24 hours. Download access expires after 30 days. Confirmed registration details are retained for up to two years after your latest confirmation, unless you request deletion earlier. Expired records are cleaned when the download service is used.
Security and measurement
The service stores hashes of email tokens, not the tokens themselves. Temporary hashed network identifiers help limit abusive requests and expire after 24 hours. We count distinct addresses that successfully requested a confirmation email and distinct licensed addresses whose online installer reported a successful setup exit. These address identifiers are keyed hashes; the counting records and aggregate events are kept for up to 90 days. The report uses the Public license key over HTTPS for authorization, without putting it in a URL. Failed network reporting can make the installation count lower than the number actually installed. A download request alone is not an installation.
The service sets one necessary, secure download-access cookie for up to 30 days. These download pages do not add advertising or analytics trackers. The server also maintains ordinary access and error logs for operation and security; email tokens are placed after the # in links so browsers do not send them in page URLs.
Private test invitations
During private testing, download access is limited to email addresses approved by ProsQuant. Approval is checked again when an email is confirmed or a file is downloaded. An invitation can be withdrawn. Approved email addresses are retained while the invitation is active, or until you request deletion.
What the installer contains
The installer contains no email address, personal download token or mail password. All users receive the small online installer. During private testing, the download service checks the Public license key and the approved email on that license. This check does not bind an activation slot. The full release is downloaded to a temporary folder and its signature is verified before execution; the temporary setup package is removed when the installer exits normally. After successful completion, the small installer reports that result to the download service. It does not report first launch or trading activity.
Licensing
Email verification grants access to the download. Terminal license activation and any cloud AI access remain separate services and checks.
